These terms apply to your use of czrcreatives.com (the "site"), operated by Fran Soriano under the name CZR Creatives, based in Antipolo, Philippines. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

About the site

The site is a portfolio that shows examples of my video editing work and lets you get in touch about a project. Nothing on the site is an offer, quote or contract for services.

Services are agreed separately

If we decide to work together, the scope, price, timeline, revisions, payment and ownership of the finished work will be agreed in writing between us (for example, by email or a signed agreement). Those terms apply to the project, and they take priority over anything on this site if they differ.

Ownership of content

• The site's design, text and branding belong to CZR Creatives.
• The videos shown are samples of editing work. The underlying footage, brands, music and other material belong to their respective owners and clients. They are shown here to demonstrate my editing only.
• Please don't copy, download, republish or reuse the videos or other content without permission.

Acceptable use

Please don't use the site to break the law, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or send spam or harmful content through the contact email address.

No guarantees

I aim to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The examples shown are not a promise of any particular result for your own project, such as views, engagement or sales.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CZR Creatives is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Links to other sites

The site may link to or load content from third parties. I am not responsible for their content or practices.

Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
