Privacy Policy

This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit czrcreatives.com (the "site"), operated by Fran Soriano under the name CZR Creatives, based in Antipolo, Philippines. The short version: the site is a portfolio, it has no accounts or forms, and it does not run advertising or analytics trackers.

What I collect

• Information you send me. If you email me, I receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. The "Email me" button on the site opens your own email app; nothing is collected by the site until you send the message.
• Technical data from hosting. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure. I do not use this to identify you.

What I don't do

• The site does not use advertising cookies, analytics or tracking pixels.
• The site has no sign-up, login, payment or contact form.
• I do not sell your information.

Third-party services

• Cloudflare hosts the site and delivers the videos. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Google Fonts loads the site's typefaces. Your browser requests them directly from Google, which may receive your IP address. See Google's privacy policy.

The site itself does not set cookies or store data in your browser.

How I use what you send me

I use the details in your email only to reply to you, discuss your project and, if we work together, deliver and manage the work. I keep project correspondence for as long as it is needed for that purpose and for ordinary business records, then delete it. I do not share it with third parties except where needed to do the work (for example, file-sharing or review tools that you and I agree to use), or where the law requires it.

Client footage and work samples

The videos on this site are samples of my editing work. If you appear in a video or represent a company shown here and would like it changed or removed, contact me and I will act on it promptly.

Your rights

You can ask me what personal information I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent to my using it, by emailing the address below. If you are in the Philippines, you also have rights under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), including the right to complain to the National Privacy Commission. Other regions' laws, such as the GDPR in the EU and UK, may give you similar rights.

Children

The site is intended for businesses and creators and is not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

If I change this policy, I will update the date at the top of this page.
